EXCLUSIVE IN-HOUSE ARTWORK The artwork in this collection was created specifically for the Oklahoma Mahjong Set. It is not stock artwork applied to generic tiles. The complete set was developed to feel cohesive, playable, and unmistakably Oklahoma. BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD PLAY PETG gives these tiles a sturdy yet lightweight construction that works well for everyday games, travel, patios, and poolside play. The tiles float if dropped in water and are more resistant to accidental drops than many traditional hard-resin tiles. Because each tile is individually 3D printed and UV printed, minor variations in surface texture, layer lines, or print placement may occur. These are normal characteristics of the production process and make each set slightly unique. After the tile itself is produced, the artwork is applied directly to the surface using UV-cured ink. Unlike conventional inks that dry through evaporation, UV ink is cured almost immediately under ultraviolet light. The UV exposure causes the ink to harden and bond to the tile surface, creating a crisp, highly detailed print with excellent color definition. Once the artwork has been printed and cured, we apply a protective high-gloss clear top coat over the finished design. This final layer adds depth and shine while providing an additional barrier over the printed artwork against normal handling, shuffling, rubbing, and everyday wear. The finished construction is essentially a three-step process: PETG tile → UV-cured artwork → protective gloss top coat The result is a tile designed to be both attractive and resilient, with the printed design protected beneath the clear finished surface rather than simply sitting exposed on top of the tile. Because our tiles are manufactured from PETG rather than solid cast acrylic, they will feel somewhat different from traditional acrylic Mahjong tiles. PETG is generally lighter and has a slightly warmer, less glass-like feel in the hand. You may also notice subtle manufacturing layer lines or surface characteristics that are inherent to the production process. These are norma
