Use code themahjmarket at checkout!! Fair tables. Smooth rounds. A calmer tournament day. You have the players. You have the room. What eats your morning is the seating — making sure nobody plays the same three people twice, that the leftover players are handled fairly, and that one no-show at 9:55am does not send you back to a spreadsheet with a pencil. Mahjong Tournament Flow does that part for you, in about a second, on your own laptop, with no internet connection and no account. WHAT IT DOES Builds fair seating for 4 to 100 players over 1 to 12 rounds. Type or paste your player names, one per line, pick the number of rounds, and press Generate. You get every round, every table, every seat. Tells you the truth about the schedule. Every fairness number is measured from the actual seating it produced. When no pair meets twice, it says so and shows the audit. When repeats are unavoidable for your player count and round count, it shows exactly how many, how many pairs are affected, and the proven floor for that field — instead of quietly claiming a schedule is perfect when it is not. Handles player counts that do not divide by four. Choose 3-player tables, or balanced byes so the same people are not sitting out twice. Byes are printed on the schedule and on the player cards so nobody is left wondering where they are supposed to be. Rescues your event when somebody drops out. Tell it how many rounds are already finished and who is leaving. Rounds you have already played are never touched, the scores you have already entered are kept, and only the future rounds are re-seated for the players still in the room. Audits seating you already use. Paste an existing rotation and it reads it back to you: where repeat pairings happen, how the seats are distributed, how it compares to the proven floor. The audit is read-only — nothing changes until you ask it to. Prints what the desk actually needs. A master seating schedule to post on the wall. Player route cards, four to a page with cut guides, showing each person their round, table and seat. A score sheet. The fairness audit. Each one on its own clean print layout. Keeps the score. Enter scores grouped by table, in the order the slips come back to you. Standings total as you type. WHAT YOU GET Instant digital download, delivered as a ZIP the moment your payment clears. No physical item is shipped. COMPATIBILITY Runs on Mac, Windows, ChromeOS, iPad and Android. Needs a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Prints to any printer your browser can print to. Works fully offline — no internet connection is needed after download. The layout adapts down to phone width, but a laptop or desktop is the comfortable way to run an event. Not a mobile app and not a desktop install. It is a single HTML file that opens in the browser you already have. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING This is a seating and standings tool, not a rules engine. It does not score hands, judge hands, or teach how to play. You enter the point totals yourself. It does not include, reproduce or refer to any annual card, hand list or set of playing rules. Nothing of that kind is part of this download. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any mahjong league, association or organization. Tables seat four players, with 3-player tables available only to absorb a remainder. There is no two-player mode, and the minimum field is 4 players. The maximum is 100 players over up to 12 rounds. Your work in progress is auto saved in that one browser on that one device, and Export saves a file where you choose. There is no cloud account and no sync between devices — generate on the machine you will actually use on the day. For some player and round combinations, a schedule with zero repeats is mathematically impossible. The tool will not pretend otherwise; it reports the repeats it could not avoid and the floor it was measured against. This is version 1.0. Future updates are not promised as part of this purchase. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD — PLEASE NOTE This is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the sale is final and no refunds are offered. If the file will not open for you, message the shop and it will be sorted out. Your purchase is a single-buyer license. Use it on your own devices, run as many events as you like, including events you charge entry for, and print as many schedules, cards and score sheets as you need. Please do not resell, share, gift or redistribute the file itself.
